Catholic
Tradition's
Annual Advent Presentation:
October
29---------------------December 24
Welcome
to our
Advent Presentation, which
will remain on line until Christmas Eve. The page on the Advent wreath
is in the Children's Directory, HERE.
For those who wish
to have a wreath in the home, one uses four candles, one
for each week of Sunday of Advent, 3 purple and 1 rose-colored candle
[or
bright pink], this last for Gaudete Sunday, the Third Sunday of Advent.
After the designated person lights the wreath candles, each Sunday,
lighting
one more candle until all 4 are lit on the Last Sunday, a reading from
Scripture may be chosen, such as the Book of the Prophet Isaiah and the
Gospel of St. Luke.
We
have
worked hard to make this presentation
the best ever, each page a virtual gallery room in of itself, although
we have added a Gallery. The Immaculate Conception has its own
directory,
