PRAYER FOR THOSE STRUGGLING WITH SIN

Deliver me, O Lord, from mine enemies.

Vouchsafe, O Lord, this day [night], to keep us without sin.

From all sin deliver me, O Lord.

Lord, I fear Thy justice, I implore Thy mercy; deliver me not to everlasting pains, grant that I may possess Thee in the midst of everlasting joys. Lord, save, we perish!

My Mother, deliver me from mortal sin.

Lord, Jesus, grant that I may see Thee in the fulfillment of all my need, and wilt turn from every false satisfaction to feed on Thee, the true and living Bread. Grant me the grace to lay aside the sin that clings so closely, and run with perseverance the race set before me, looking to Thee, the founder of my faith and the font of perfection.

My Mother, deliver me from mortal sin.
