St. Rosalia September 4 Saint Rosalia is the patron Saint of Palemo, Sicily and was invoked during the plague. She died in 1160 and is today considered a patron also for young girls who want to remain pure. Rosalia chose to live alone as a virgin in a cave to pray and make sacrifice for sinners.
