Saint Ambrose Et Alia

ST. AMBROSE
We are redeemed by the grace which comes solely from the Church.
St. Ambrose

It cannot be doubted that ... the Lord severed the Jewish people from His kingdom. And we are to understand that heretics and schismatics are also severed from the kingdom of God and from the Church. Thus the Lord makes it clearly evident that every assembly of heretics and schismatics belongs, not to God, but to the unclean spirit.
St. Ambrose

Unless a man confesses his faith, he cannot be saved. Truly is it said that our confession of faith is the price of our immortality, for it is written that "with the mouth confession is made unto salvation" (Romans 10:10).
St. Ambrose

I curse the teaching of the heretic, and I keep to the same faith as the See of Peter.
St. Hippolytus of Rome

If anyone does not agree to these truths, he despises the companions of the Lord; nay, more: he despises Christ the Lord Himself; yea, he despises the Father also, and stands self-condemned, resisting and opposing his own salvation, as is the case with all heretics ...We must offer ourselves as an offering to God and in all things be found pleasing to our Maker. This pure oblation is offered to the Creator only by the Church. The Jews do not offer it, for their hands are full of blood. And neither do all the synagogues of the heretics.
St. Irenaeus of Lyons

God will condemn all those who are outside the truth, that is, outside the Church.
St. Irenaeus of Lyons

Since, therefore, we have such proofs, it is not necessary to seek the truth among others which is easy to obtain from the Church ... Every man whosoever desires can draw from her the water of life. For she is the entrance to life; all others are thieves and robbers. Therefore, it is necessary to obey the prelates of the Church ... who possess succession from the Apostles. But it is also necessary to hold in suspicion others who depart from this primitive succession and assemble themselves together in any place whatsoever.
St. Irenaeus of Lyons

But when the unbelieving, who do not obey the truth but are disobedient and unrighteous, shall have been filled with adulteries and fornications and filthiness and covetousness and unlawful idolatries, there shall be anger and wrath, tribulation and anguish, and in the end everlasting fire shall possess such men.
St. Theophilus of Antioch

For in the Church, God set apostles, prophets, teachers, and all the other means through which the Spirit works; of which all those who do not join themselves to the Church do not partake; rather, they defraud themselves of life because of their perverse opinions and infamous behavior. For where the Church is, there is the Spirit of God; and where the Spirit of God is, there is the Church along with every kind of grace, for the Spirit is truth. Therefore, those who do not partake of Him are neither nourished into life from the Mother's breasts, nor do they enjoy that most limpid fountain which issues from the Body of Christ; but instead they dig for themselves broken cisterns out of earthly trenches, and drink putrid water out of the mire, fleeing from the faith of the Church lest they be convinced, and rejecting the Spirit in order that they may not be instructed. Alienated from the truth in this manner, they deservedly wallow in all error, tossed to-and-fro by it ... For they have not been founded upon the One Rock, but upon sand.
St. Irenaeus of Lyons

All heretics, like blind men, are led by the blind; and justly will they fall into the pit of error which lies hidden beneath them, always seeking but never finding the truth.
St. Irenaeus of Lyons

Heretics damn themselves, and are worse than heathens.
St. Irenaeus of Lyons
