In Defense of Dr. Ben Carson:
The Media, and the Myths Favoring Islam
v.s. Real, Here and Now Christophobia

This is not meant as an endorsement of Dr. Carson for President. We as yet have not decided what we will do in the coming election, for we are not even certain there will be a normal election next year as world events are geometrically exploding, furthering the implosion of the West. But we are defending the good Doctor who has been under severe criticism and mockery ever since he was asked a hypothetical question about Islam, the purpose of which was a gotcha moment in order to attempt to embarrass him in the cause of expanding the dominance of the PC police and all its phony phobias, while ignoring the actual one within its midst partly instilled by the media itself, Christophobia - even now the ACLU, while taking no action about American students in government schools being forced to imbibe of Islam, but not Christ, voluntarily, is demanding that Kentucky county clerk Kim Davis be put before the judge anew for crimes against the state as defined by them. Every day Christians are being told what they are allowed to do and not do, one former judge and now News commentator and pundit has implied rather strongly that Christian conscience is limited as the US Constitution is supreme. This, despite that sometimes the Court gets it wrong as it did with Dred Scott, which was eventually found to be unconstitutional. This, although the natural law is the very foundation of the US Constitution and any ruling that departs from it is null and void by definition, as was Dred Scott. Any judge who has forsaken the principles of the natural law has no business commenting in such wise and has lost all authority and credibility with those of us who have not lost our minds in this morbid age of nihilistic stew.

Dr. Carson is the avowed enemy of the PC jackboots and their toadies in the media. In a speech he delivered to a church group he warned about the use of PC power to frighten people into compliance, which is the means the proponents of the New World Order are using, on the incremental plan. The goal is to topple belief in the One True God and traditional family mores, two pillars that serve as the bedrock of Western society and against global "values". Islamic Jihad, while not originally envisioned as part of the NWO, is helpful to the cause because it militates against these pillars, the ultimate aspiration of Jihad is submission. The NWO gang is blind and simply does not believe that, it, too, will be brought into submission.

Islam is thought by most modern sophisticates to mean "Peace". In truth, its actually meaning is submission.

British Islamic preacher, Anjem Choudary, vociferous supporter of the Islamic State and co-founder of the terrorist Al-Muharjiroun wrote in an op ed piece:

"Contrary to popular misconception, Islam does not mean peace, but rather submission to the commands of Allah alone."

Dr. Carson knows this and he knows that Islam itself, traditional, ongoing Islam is not compatible with the US Constitution and Western ideals. He is being mocked on FOX News because he is telling us the truth and refuses to be bullied into backing down. No amount of ridicule will dissuade him because he is a man with a mission, to warn America about its coming demise if she persists with its PC penchant for enabling the myths of Islam while looking the other way as Christophobia slowly takes root in the very heart of America. I had occasion to discuss the GOP primary season with a devout liberal, an ardent Obama supporter whom I have known for over seventy years. She told me that under no circumstances would she ever consider voting for Dr. Carson because he is a Seventh Day Adventist, and that he is dead wrong in her opinion for thinking that we have a right to bar an Islamist from the Presidency. Apart from the obvious, painful, overweening hypocrisy, she was unable to explain to me why his religion was so dangerous to the commonweal but that the notions inherent in Islam proper, whatever branch, are not incompatible with life as we know it. In other words, she is a PC operative, whether she realizes it or not, she alone gets to decide who is qualified but the rest of us are not. In another age she would be known as simply stupid or ill-informed, a No-Nothing; today her mentality is deemed the height of wisdom.

An adjunct to all this hysteria over Dr. Carson's truthful, frank answer, knowing he was being set up, yet unafraid, is that in another century Catholics were thought to be a threat to the Presidency. [Truth be told, if every Catholic was who he is supposed to be in the first place, we would still be hearing anti-Catholic voices throughout the culture. They always bring up Catholics when it is politically expedient to do so and only then. Liberals and progressives [liberal cowards] still despise what Catholicism actually stands for and why they adore the current Bishop of Rome - because he rejects what they reject.]

This is the proverbial argument of misapplying apples to oranges. And the proverbial straw man, especially since only liberal Catholics are thought to be okay with the intelligentsia and its cohort, the media. The reasoning goes something like this, guilt by forced association. Because a party in the past may have been mistaken, all parties in the future and present who can be found to belong to the same line of questioning, must be condemned in the same manner. There is no room provided for distinctions with authentic differences - meaning all religions are equal and equally of no consideration in the grand scheme of things as long as that religion is not traditional Catholicism, that is.

Catholicism does not advocate or teach that women who commit adultery ought to be stoned - in fact Christ condemned the cruel hypocrisy of the culture of His time. It does not advocate forced or compulsory conversion or execution for apostasy or blasphemy. Or any of the other fundamental Islamic tenets.

Let us look briefly at some of the myths believed by Americans about what moderate or mainstream Islamists believe:

We have already dispensed with the false notion of peace. In fact Islam exists to make war against all unbelievers who do not submit. The actual text, mis-cited by Obama and those of his ill-advised, reckless PC ilk, is from Sura 5:33 of the Koran [Quran]. Obama et al claim that the submission is voluntary and done in peace. Here is what this paragraph from Sura 5 [meaning the Feast] says:

Capital Punishment: When is it Justified

The just retribution for those who fight GOD and His messenger, and commit horrendous crimes, is to be killed, or crucified, or to have their hands and feet cut off on alternate sides, or to be banished from the land. This is to humiliate them in this life, then they suffer a far worse retribution in the Hereafter.

[5:34] Exempted are those who repent before you overcome them. You should know that GOD is Forgiver, Most Merciful.

The Cost of Disbelief

[5:36] Certainly, those who disbelieved, if they possessed everything on earth, even twice as much, and offered it as ransom to spare them the retribution on the Day of Resurrection, it would not be accepted from them; they have incurred a painful retribution.

This section of Sura 5 goes on to speak of righteous Jews and Christians, but it is not clear and appears to be contradictory. One thing is certain Moslems do not believe that Jesus is the Second Person of the Holy Trinity, but a holy messenger only. It seems to mean that those who claim to be Christian but accept Islam's idea of Christ are righteous, but one is not sure.

This brings us to myth #2 being touted in the USA and abroad: that there is not much difference between Islam, Judaism and Christianity, that they are all part of one another and are the three great world religions; in fact, since some Christians once believed in slavery, then it is morally the same as Islam now. First, there is no tenet of Christianity that proposes slavery as moral; any Christian practicing it was sinning, not a justification. Second, Islam helped slaves in the distant past, but only if they converted. Today the majority of Islamists either approve of slavery, especially sexual bondage, or simply look the other way. Sharia law permits it today. No Christian church does.

The 3rd myth is that Jihad or holy war is an internal struggle and not directed against unbelievers. This is perhaps the most easily disproved if journalists were not PC followers and were doing their job, investigating.

"The Reliance of the Traveler - Sharia Law in English"

This book is the definitive book on Sharia (Islamic Law) in English. The author is the Islamic scholar Ahmad ibn Naqib al Misri. First published in 1991, and translated into English by Nuh Ha Mim Keller, it explains all the intricacies of Islamic Law, covering everything from fasting to marriage to business to one section on "games, contests, and prizes." Indeed, Sharia encompasses every possible aspect of life for the observant Muslim. It is THE law which is binding upon ALL Muslims.

This tome (1115 pages of text) contains a section entitled "Jihad" (found on page 599). Supposedly Americans just really don't know what jihad is all about, since Islam is a religion of peace. This is what al Misri says:

"Jihad means to war against non-Muslims, and is etymologically derived from the word 'mujahada', signifying warfare to establish the religion."

Just what do people think about the mujahadin in Afghanistan, where that name comes from, anyway? It certainly isn't coincidence.

One of the biggest lies or myths, #4 is that Sharia law is only for Muslims and would not be imposed here in America.

Let's see now; Obama has imposed all matter of unconstitutional injustices on Americans and we have done nothing about it, even though he is unpopular right now. How would we impeach an Islamic president who seized the reigns as he saw fit as Obama has, when that would be considered non-PC? If we are so afraid to speak out and are so easily mocked now, what about then? O do give me and Dr. Carson a break!

Then, too, a poll conducted among American Moslems revealed that over half of them want Sharia law, at least as a parallel law, some as the superior law. Thanks be to God that Moslems are not also 51% of the population. England does not have fifty percent of their population as Moslem, but that country is having a hard time keeping Sharia at bay even at that.

A town in Texas had Sharia until a court overturned it after time. But how can we rely on courts that have been politicized so many times? All bets are off! All of the Islamists who are fighting to impose the Islamist State worldwide believe in the necessity and superiority of Sharia.

I commend Dr. Ben Carson for his constancy, his courage, and his humility, unlike the colorful, I will show you my humility kind of "humility" currently in vogue. Would that more men would be willing to stand with him in truth. Truth denied is a blight on the land and without truth, bold, frank, unvarnished truth, we are like sheep before plundering wolves who have nothing to do but wait upon events fast turning apocalyptic.

Christ is being denied in so many sundry ways, His followers crucified in the media, scorned even by those who ought to know better, while the false religion, the man-made religion of Islam is given respect and even honor in the courts of officialdom. Blasphemy certainly! Christophobia is real, and practiced most by those espousing to believe in Him because they are afraid of being non-PC. Derision for derailing and denouncing at its most effective, most certainly!
