THE ROMEIKE FAMILY



This is one of those stories, that if you did not know the facts of, you would be tempted to think, surely, this cannot be true? Oh, but it is my brothers and sisters, and when you hear the facts it will tear the very heart out of you!

As I feared, the US Supreme Court has refused to take the Romeike appeal, letting a lower court which denied asylum to the home schooling family, have the final say. Thus Eric Holder, the evil savant of legal tyranny, who wants this family deported back to Germany, a family that emigrated here legally and obeyed all our laws, can now make quick dispatch of them; Holder is on record as stating that home schooling is not a right; the family came here seeking asylum because in Germany religious rights are minimal and do not extend to the right of parents to be the first teachers of their children, which includes the natural right to home school. Germany will place the parents under arrest if they do not given into the state and turn their precious children over to Satanic rule via the government schools which are anti-religion; the parents will likely face prison and their children snatched from them and placed by the state where there will be forcibly corrupted in German public schools. Germany's leaders who are complicit in this outrage and Holder the Bolder and Colder may think they have won; but they will have to answer to Almighty God at their personal judgment and it is He that always has the final word! Oh what a terrifying thing it is to fall into the hands of the living God with such execrable deeds on the ledger to have to defend!

Please pray for this courageous family and speak out among your own family and circle of friends and colleagues; if we are silent, we help evil to persist. Just speak out. If you are still fearful or unsure, remember this, who is next?

Will this rank, sniveling cowardice on the part of the US Supreme Court - remember it takes only 4 justices to agree to accept a case and there are four so-called traditionalists on the Court - serve to spur Holder the Bolder further so that his arrogance and contempt of the law will become so intense that home schooling in America will be under threat?

Eric Holder, ever Colder, is the same Holder who will not support legal emigrants but does everything he can to assist and promote illegal aliens! This is evil, pure, unmitigated evil!

And where were the US Bishops? Do they not know that any persecution against religious rights here will soon envelop them in ways that they cannot not now even imagine?

Who is next?

This is the turning point for all of us. What is to be their and our destiny?

HOMELAND SECURITY HAS JUST ANNOUNCED THAT THE ROMEIKES MAY STAY INDEFINITELY IN THE US as long as they are law-abiding.

According to a guest from the HOME SCHOOL LEGAL DEFENSE on the Glenn Beck Show, the government had already decided to relent due to all the pressure, but were waiting for the decision from the Court.

My analysis: I tend to agree with Mr. Farris and also think that the government may have signaled the Court and that is why they did not take the case, but this is a hopeful guess on m part because so often the Court defers to a lower court, while taking what to us appear to be open and shut cases of a criminal nature. As Glenn Beck put, it is inexplicable. Indeed!

I attribute the pressure, of course, but ultimately it is thanks to God Who heard our prayers and answered them at last! I thank all of you who visit these pages and have offered prayers for the Romeike family. God bless you all!

Maybe Holder and his cronies will not be so quick to move against home schooling!
