Mother of God, Our Lady of Hungary Mother of God, Our Lady of Hungary
is a
historic image. It is from Marianosztra where King Louis of Hungary,
the father of St. Hedwig, established a church and monastery in 1352.
Since that time the Pauline order has looked after the shrine. The
image
dates from later, the 18th century, and is based on the Polish Black
