 9 Fontana della Bracaccia, or The Boat Fountain, was made by Bernini in 1627 and 1628. Its construction was part of the work of Urban VII. The form of the fountain reminds one of the ancient fountain shaped like a ship which stood in front of the Church of Santa Maria in Dominica, Piazza di Spagna.  --------Contact
