Each of the Angels has a different name. But they are all messengers who serve God. There are many kinds of Angels in Heaven. Some are more important and are called Archangels, such as Gabriel and Raphael. Others are sent by God to earth to be our guardians. They go with us everywhere we go, protecting us and watching over us. We call these our Guardian Angels. And they come from Heaven to earth when God so commands them. Sometimes they stay on to protect a city or to watch over a newborn baby or to be our companions all our life. |
