THE CATHOLIC CHILD AND THE ROSARY
My dear Child:
Never be without your Rosary.
Take it to the Priest and have it blessed especially for you.
Try to say it every day.
It will drive away the evil one and keep you from harm.
It will please our Blessed Lady and will show her that you love her and
wish to be her child.
Learn the right way to say
the Rosary.
Ask some Priest or Sister to teach you.
Do not rush through the prayers: try to think of what the words mean.
There are Five
Joyful Mysteries---to be said on
Mondays and Thursdays, the Sundays in Advent and from the Epiphany till

There are Five Sorrowful Mysteries---to be
said on Tuesdays and Fridays and Sundays in Lent.
There are Five Glorious Mysteries---to be said
on Wednesdays, Saturdays, and on the Sundays from Easter to Advent.
